Jamie started with the North Dakota Department of Agriculture in the Spring of 2013 as the Local Foods and Organics Marketing Specialist. Jamie has enjoyed getting to know and helping the producers he works with. Jamie grew up on a small dairy farm in central Wisconsin.
He lives in Bismarck with his wife and two sons. Jamie and his family enjoy their backyard kitchen garden and spending time outside. Jamie also serves his community as a member of the Bismarck Lions Club.

Nathan Kroh has been the information coordinator for the ND Meat and Poultry Inspection Program for 7 years. His position is to help individuals and meat plant owners navigate the regulations for State and Federal meat inspection laws. He trains people for developing necessary food safety programs, sanitation sessions and general meat plant assistance. He has a bachelors in Food Science from NDSU. He also oversees the dairy and egg inspection programs. If anyone has any questions about meat, eggs, or dairy–Nathan can help.
